Once an order has been processed and shipped, estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: 7-10 business days
  • International Countries: 10-12 business days

While we cannot directly control these factors, we will keep customers updated and provide tracking information as soon as their order ships.


Taxes and Duties

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you. However, due to our fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee order cancellations once they have been processed or shipped.
